Smile Floral is an online florist company based in Commonwealth.

All customers who have placed their orders online will receive an Order Confirmation email. You are encouraged to check the Order Confirmation to ensure all order details provided are accurate.

*Pls note that in the unlikely event that any customised orders is wrongly arranged (i.e. asking for a change in wrapper colour but the original product is delivered), please let us know within the day. The order will be deemed to be accepted after the delivery day, and no refunds/exchange will be entertained.
